what you guys think would be best for hp?


hey guys im wanting more hp for my 03, im about to get meth and was having a few questions. first off my mods are
kamp;n intake
bamp;b full 3quot; exhaust
msd ignition
safc
wideband
hallman boost controller
boomba fuel rail
fuel return line
walbro 255
05 injectors
fuel regulator
agp wastegate
samco(pos soon to be hks with cold side piping) bov
hotside pipe
im soon to have meth injection and was wondering what you guys think i should be hp wise?
next ? i have is what you guys think would give me some good noticeable hp beside spray...which i will probably do in the future. i was thinking stage 2 injectors bigger throttle body with prob a zoom clutch. jw what you guys think i should do for more hp.thanks

use the search key for one
1. no need for a BOV on stock turbo
2. get rid of the SAFC and the hallman for a dsp
3. find a stock wastegate
4. forget the s2 injectors contact duster 360 and get a email tune for the DSP and convert to E85
5. stock tb has been in the 10s and over 500hp so youll be fine there
6. i would pass on the  zoom clutch
and get something like a act street light nothing crazy cause youll make 300hp easy

agp wastegate sell it.  buy an FM, S2 or stock WGA on PCM controlled boost.

Don't get stage 2 injectors, a bigger throttle body or a ''zoom clutch''.  Get an ACT Street Disc.  Buy a DSP.  Get the meth and up the boost to around 22psi spike VIA DSP.  Fine tune through out the RPMs and you should be ~300whp.

Ok thanks, I was thinking about saving up for a dsp cause I'm not a huge fan on safc but it came with the car along with the samco bov. I'm getting a hks n cold side pipe from a good friend for only 200 because the idiot b4 Me put the bov on the bottum of the turbo and is a sob to ge
t to and has the spring so tight it flutters and what I've read on is compression surge so I figured just get a block off plate and get the hks since its such a good deal. I'm also getting the meth kit from him to so he hust gave me a deal hks n meth for 550 installed so what the hell right.

make sure the HKS is real there are TONS of fake ones floating around and hey the meth is 225 brand new and takea a hour to install and its so easy a caveman could do it... i would pass on the HKS tho seriously stick with what you have and loosten it up or put a stocker on

im going e85 route.....
youll have to get bigger injectors for e85

For a stock turbo you just need injectors and a tune

Yeah im almost tempted to pick up another srt-4 thats in need of serious TLC and run dusters injectors and e85 tune and have a 300hp car as my dd

whats the e85 tune,what are the benefits of doing the e85 or 93 0ctane tune ive heard about.im still learning and was just running some questions and want some opinions from ppl that are srt owners and know these cars besides garages and other tuners or point me in the right direction so i can find the answers, thanks

E85 is cheap +100 octane race gas.
It allows more timing without the risk of detonation.
A special tune is needed to recalibrate the PCM to be able to use it properly.
You also need larger fuel injectors.
I've been giving injector customers a free E85 baseline tune to play around with and show them what E85 can do. forums/f416...-scale-578412/

Get a dsp asap...

ya im def saving up for the dsp but just alittle worried on how my car will start the tuning process because im running safc so should i take off the safc then tune with dsp or leave the safc on plug in the dsp so it knows my fuel settings  save them then take off the safc then do a93 octane tune then try out the e85. but should i wait to hook up the meth then tune afterwards with meth
