Opinions please!!!

Alright, so look, here's the deal.  I've had my SRT for about 6 years now.  Never been modified at all.  She is still completely stock.  I have about 94000 miles on her, and I'm starting to experience some serious problems.  I'd like to get some advice, so thanks in advance!!
Shifting has become a major promlem.  To me my clutch still feels the same.  Someone else recently drove it and he said he cant beleive how soft it is (I tried driving his wrx and failed miserably =[ ) But anyways, now if I have the clutch to the floor and I have the car in first, she stutters like she wants to go... even inches forward if I dont have my foot on the brake.  Then once Im finally going  sucks trying to shift.  I literally have a calus on my hand from shifting.  And reverse, forget about it.  Takes me like 5 mins to actually get it in gear.  So thats problem number 1...
Problem number 2:  My ABS light comes on after it rains...
Problem number 3:  My emergency brake works when it wants...
That may be it for now.  I'd appreciate any and all advice or suggestions.
Im not that car savvy but I have endless resources and I thoroughly enjoy learning how to work on my car.  So a good start is all Im looking for, and maybe a few new friends willing to teach a girl a few things   Thanks ya'll...

The trans is probably a worn out throw out bearing fork and and pivot ball. try adjusting your clutch petal for a temporary band aid. the ABS I dono but the E brake probably needs to be adjusted there is a how to on here for that HOW-TO: Parking E-Brake Adjustment.

ABS is probably just a bad sensor or connector. Unforutunaly only the dealer can tell you exactly which one is tripping the code, you can't get it from the PCM like other errors.

Everything mentioned above is spot on.
You have a worn clutch fork aka throw out bearing fork in the bell housing of the transmission. An 8mm deep socket on a wrench will allow you to do the clutch pedal adjustment (there's a HOW-TO on it in the how-to section) and buy you some time. But right away you'll be able to get into 1st and reverse easier!
And you need to clean and adjust the rear parking brake shoes!

the whole abs light after it rains thing leads me to believe that maybe water is entering an abs electrical connector somewhere. but like stated above you will need to get the trouble code scanned and go from there to pinpoint the location.

Where do I find the how to on the clutch adjustment?
Still learning this whole forum thing

All the adjustment procedures for anything in the car that can be adjusted are in the factory service manual linked below in my sig.
