Warbird racing rules

The new updated warbird racing rules have been posted on the old ISR Yahoo group in the files section. You may recall we cancelled the last race because of the skinny ridiculous looking planes that some guys were starting to make. We wanted to get back to the roots of the event and make it what it was meant to be WARBIRD RACING. You will notice that there have been some changes.
here are the changes in a nutshell
Planes must now be Prop driven military aircraft. No concepts planes, no fantasy planes etc. There had to be at least one built!
There is now a restriction on how much you can stretch and skinny a plane. 10% on the fuse is allowed and 25% stretch on the wing. Most LEG and Patton kits are good to go. DAW kits and no-good. Dunno about CS planes the P-51 and spit may be ok but the fuse may be too narrow.
Anyway look them over and see if you have any comments. The first Warbird race is in April (and we need to reschedule that since it's on the same weekend as Banos).
