WANTED: cylinder head cross section views!!

hey, was going to get to porting some 2.4 heads after I am done with the head for my car.
I was curious if anyone happens to have some SRT 2.4 cross section pics of the ports?? I would like to see how much meat there is too work with.
I am also interested in pics of the early 2.0/2.4 DOHC head as well. other then the shape of the exhaust port I would like to see the differences.
thanks! im sure something like this would be posted on here already. or someone can direct me where to find them....

bump...no one has chopped up a cylinder head for reference??
comon i find this extremely hard to believe.....

Sounds like one of those situations that people don't want to just give up the info they have, that makes them money, for free.
Do some searching and you might be able to find it.

thanks but i highly doubt they would have been posted on this forum. i searched for at least an hour online yesterday, and nothing ever diverted me back here.
I have both the 96-02?? and the 03-05? cross section cuts. lots of meat to work with, especially exhaust side!!! no wonder these head can easily flow 300+ CFM after being worked....

I would love this info to show my machinist if you would like to share. Or PM me.

awesome video!!! thanks. was very cool to watch. altho it has nothing to do with cylinder head cross section view, I am glad you shared the link!!
i used to run CNC machines....but damn, never seen them moving like that ever!!! pretty sick.
EDIT: after I finish an SRT head it will be going onto a friends corn fueled turbo'd 2.4 with a pretty good size turbo (some strange sort of mismatched one...picture a slightly smaller GT30 comp wheel, with a 65mm exhaust wheel more towards the size of a gt35 which is 68mm)

PM me your email addy, and i will send what I have to you.
I only have the side view of the SRT head. but I have complete detailed pics of the older head.

So you make a thread wanting info, complain about how people won't share and then get some info but refuse to post it for others? Nor do you even say where you found them? Ya, that makes allot of sense. Why would your post get deleted for posting cutaway pics from a head that anyone could cut up if they want?
Well here are some old 2.4 (95-02 I think) head pics I took of a head I cut up for those other people that it may help.

you sir, get 2 gold stars for the day - those pics are immensely helpful
